A pregnant dog mom in distress seeks refuge in a rundown shed, unsure if she will make it through.
One day, a concerned aunt reached out to the Bro Long Stray Dogs Shelter about a troubling situation involving her neighbor attempting to sell their dog to a kennel. Appalled by this cruel act, she decided to take action and contact the shelter for help. The shelter team immediately sprung into action upon receiving this distressing news. When they arrived at the location, they discovered a dog who seemed to sense the grim fate awaiting him at a dog meat business. The dog was frantically digging a hole with his claws, perhaps trying to save himself from a dreadful future. After speaking with the owner, they learned that the dog, despite being elderly, was pregnant. This heartbreaking revelation only added to the urgency of the situation, making it all the more essential for the shelter team to intervene and provide this expecting mother with the care and protection she so desperately needed.
The kids bought the dog, but since they are busy with work, they had no choice but to pass on the responsibility to them. Unfortunately, with their own busy schedules, they don’t have the time to look after the dog properly, so they have decided to put the dog up for sale.
After spending a good amount of time with the dog’s owner, the rescuers finally managed to safely retrieve the dog.
The canine showed clear signs of gratitude as she happily made her way towards her rescuers with a wagging tail, seeming to understand that she had been saved.
Since the dog came back home on day one, it’s best to keep him away from other dogs for now. It’s a good idea to check him for symptoms of canine distemper.
